ANSYS V14 Bug?
This article gives some workarounds for the error: Cannot open message catalog”1037libiomp5ui.dll”
ANSYS V14 was released on December 8th and I installed it immediately. However, as I start enjoying all new features and improvements in the new version, I get a minor problem. In a simple test model everything looks excellent until the solution is finished. As soon as the green check mark appears in front of Solution, it gives an error message:

After some investigations I get to know that it is related to an INTEL version of the compiler that ANSYS uses internally in the software. The best and complete solution is to update the compiler. However we cannot manually update the version from INTEL. To continue to enjoy our ANSYS R14, there are three workarounds to fix the problem.
Workaround 1: This problem is more or less harmless. We can just ignore the error message and do post-processing when the solution is finished. Or first save the project and close/start Mechanical window, everything will look like nothing happened.
Workaround 2: Set the environment variable KMP_WARNINGS to 0. This workaround seems not be universal and it does not work in my computer.
Workaround 3: Create a new folder “1053” under directory “C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v140\aisol\bin\winx64” and copy the file “libiomp5UI.dll” into it. The folder “1053” is not necessary called “1053” and it depends on what number it is in the error message. The file “libiomp5UI.dll” usually does not exist in our computers and can be downloaded from here.
