ANSYS Fluid Dynamics (CFD ANSYS) is a range of products for fluid analysis.
ANSYS CFD, which consists of well-known ANSYS CFX and ANSYS Fluent, is integrated in the ANSYS Workbench platform and has interface to basically all major commercial CAD tools.
With ANSYS CFD you can simulate the behavior of liquids and gases. Through the CFD-analysis, you can get a better understanding of phenomena such as: turbulence, multiphase flow, erosion and chemical reactions. ANSYS Fluid Dynamics is well integrated with ANSYS structural mechanics, which allows you to simulate advanced flow-structure interaction (FSI - Fluid Structure Interaction).
