Vico Takeoff Manager™ generates quick and highly accurate model- and location-based quantity takeoffs derived from 3D models created with leading BIM authoring tools.

Vico Cost Planner™ is the cost calculation, estimating, and value engineering module in the Vico Office Suite. As an integrated part of the Vico Office Environment, Cost Planner leverages the model-based quantities generated by the Vico Takeoff Manager, and provides highly accurate estimates in less time.

Vico Cost Explorer™ grants the tightest possible control over your project’s budget. With its straightforward visual monitoring system, you can easily grasp and communicate project cost variances, compare them to targeted costs, and track cost drivers.
